“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.”
-Hebrews 11:1-2

“To join YWAM as staff anywhere in the world, you need to have your own financial backing. Most YWAM staff meet their financial needs through financial supporters, while others hold an additional paying job for financial or ministry reasons.
We believe this kind of personal support raising creates a healthy situation between worker and giver, because the worker is directly accountable to his / her supporters through personal relationships. It also allows the supporting churches and individuals to become personally involved in the mission and ministry of the worker they support. They become “partners” in the ministry of sharing the Gospel”

“A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.”
-Proverbs 11:25

Although I am no longer serving in YWAM, the values that I learned and lived out in my time there taught me so much. I saw God provide in miraculous ways and I became dependant on Him alone. I had many people partner with me and join in what I am doing here by financially supporting and I know that they were blessed in doing so. I will continue in ministry, fully funded by supporters who have it on their heart to partner with me and what I am doing here. I am always encouraged by people who want to ‘join the team’ in this way!

Want to get involved? There are many ways for you to become involved and support! I would love for you to prayerfully consider in which way God is asking you to do this. Whether it is financially, in prayer, or encouragement, your support is what keeps me going, and it is so very valued!

Humbling and challenging as it can be at times, I do believe that as Christians, we are to be open and vulnerable with our needs. I believe that we are to support one another and work as one body. In hopes of you understanding my heart in this, please know that I fully consider myself to be following what the Lord has called me to in this time and in continually stepping into this, I also trust that He will provide abundantly more than I ask or imagine. Having said that, I believe He wants to stir the hearts of others to join in and become a part of what He is having me do. From a distance, I may be the one out on the frontline, but the seed you sow, financially or otherwise, has an impact; you become a part of the team and a part of the mission. The word of God proclaims that the giver will be provided for and blessed; I want to leave room for that. I acknowledge that this is no small act, so thank you for so much as even considering.

As I said above, I want to be open and vulnerable with my needs and where I’m at, so if you would like more info about what my current budget looks like what my needs are, please feel more than free to get in touch!
